Features
1. Adopt ultrasonic technology to seal, no heating and chiller are needed for starting up. Energy saving and environmental protection, welding strength equal to plastic itself, good sealing effect and strong sealing. No deformation, no tube burst.
2. The cost of debugging the machine is low, only 2-3 pipes are needed. For hoses of different diameters, only the sockets need to be replaced.
3. Stainless steel 304 material, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance. The whole machine complies with GMP and CE standards. The part in contact with the material can be upgraded to stainless steel 316L.
4. Adopt PLC touch screen control system, drop tube, mark, filling, sealing, cutting and discharging can be individually controlled.

1. All products before delivery should be tested by assembly and commissioning engineers. Our salesman need to send the tested video to the customer to ensure working well of the machines. Precision parts need to be packed in film or carton.
2. All products are packed in wooden boxes. Firmly fix the edge of the foot of the equipment to adapt the machine to the requirements of loading and uploading.
